2018 marks Witcherys 10th White Shirt Campaign, an initiative where 100% of gross proceeds will be donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).

Partnering with Marie Claire, this year Witchery has released 10 white shirts and introduces ten powerful female ambassadors as the forefront of its campaign. Ovarian Cancer claims an Australian womens life every 10 hours. As early systems are hard to detect, most women diagnosed find themselves in later stages, with 70% of these women unable to survive beyond five years.

This years ambassadors include a number of women, Jodi Anasta, Ksenija Lukich, Jessica Rowe, Kate Waterhouse, Samantha Harris and Maddison Brown. Each voice has a powerful message as to why they joined the campaign. Journalist and presenter, Jessica Rowe explains her reason for joining the cause, I want my daughter to grow up in a world free of ovarian cancer. She says. This campaign seeks to inspire in the hope that money raised will help find a cure for the younger generation of women who follow.

Ovarian Cancer survivor, Letitia Linke, another face of this years campaign shares her powerful message, I am currently fighting ovarian cancer. Alongside Witchery, I want to help OCFR develop an early detection test and to improve treatment to save lives.

The White Shirt Campaign will run for the next six weeks, up until World Ovarian Cancer Day on May 8. Prices range from $99.95 to $199.95 and you can shop them here or in-store. Be sure to hashtag #WhiteShirtCampaign across social platforms to help spread the word.
