Imagine a traditional wood-fired Neapolitan style pizzeria that is completely vegan. Well, actually, there is no need to imagine because it exists! Gigi Pizzeria began serving only vegan options in 2015 much to the dismay of many Sydney cheese-lovers, however instead of spelling their own end (as predicted by some naysayers) they have carved a new niche for themselves with the new impressively tasty plant-based menu.

Soul Burger– Burgers

Meat-free burgers! Coconut Milk-shakes! Thick-cut Chips! Soul Burger is Australias first ever completely plant-based gourmet burger joint. They are confident that their beef substitute cheeseburgers will impress even the meatiest of carnivores.

It never has been difficult to find vegetarian Indian food, every Indian cafe has a menu half dedicated to vegetables curries and yet Chat Kazz still manages to firmly set themselves apart.
