Having opened late last year, Angus & Bon is now one of Melbournes premier steak houses – don’t worry though it serves far more than just steak! Channelling an old school New York style club house, complete with clam shell, leather clad banquettes and a centre piece bar, Executive Chef, Declan Carroll is a fire master, coaching iron bark fed flames, that caress the flavour out of carefully selected steak, fish and even vegetables.
