Running through the entirety of winter, with its launch on the 11th of June, High Cheese will offer delectable cheeses in both sweet and savoury dishes. Whats waiting on the menu is definitely guaranteed to provide you with a cheese experience like no other.
Savoury temptations include basil crmefrachelayered brie with crackers and the mini baguettes you can rip apart and dip into the cheesy deliciousness of baked Normandy Camembert with garlic and thyme. While the savoury is tempting, be sure to also leave room for the sweet delights.The menu includes the tiramisu with Kahlua coffee syrup soaked chocolate cake or the cannoli with whipped vanilla bean ricotta and honey.
