Franks yet again ups the food game, rolling out a new summer menu, just in time for the warmer months.
Well-established Frank cafe in Cheltenham has created a season menu with an array of mouth-watering summer dishes. The easy-going nature of Franks combined with the ever-growing delicious breakfast and lunch options is what keeps foodies coming back for more.
Franks long-time Head Chef Eli Faye has executed an exceptional new selection of summer dishes whilst sticking to Franks values of simple food done right.
If the melting swiss cheese in the cuban sandwich with a mixture of ham and pulled pork doesnt have you drooling we are sure that the ‘Violet Crumble’ crepe with chocolate mousse and honeycomb chocolate floss will do more than hit the spot.
New menu items include:
Introducing the Granola served with blueberry puree, almonds, coconut caramel buckwheat, dragon fruit, mango & milk.
Lemon Panna Cotta – peach, raspberry coulis, crunchy oats and fresh raspberry.
For the sweet tooth the Violet Crumble Crepe – honeycomb crepe, chocolate mousse, ice cream and fresh honeycomb chocolate floss.
Mushroom – mushroom medley, cauliflower puree, crispy potato shavings, parmesan, fried egg, truffle tapenade on multigrain bread.
Smoked Salmon – the warmer weather brings in the smoked Salmon with creme fraiche, sauce vierge, poached eggs, asparagus, beetroot hummus, sprouts, radish served on rye bread.
Cuban Sandwich – pulled pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickle mayo, mustard in toasted sourdough.
For a lighter option Franks welcomes the Quinoa Salad – roasted sweet potato, quinoa, crispy kale, spinach, beetroot hummus, toasted almonds and french dressing (Add Pulled Pork).
Chicken Soba Noodle Salad – fried chicken, wombok, soba noodles, wasabi peas, nori edamame, kewpie mayo and soy sesame dressing.
Selling out four of the new dishes on day one of launching the new summer menu, is a true testament to Franks delicious food. Maintaining their exceptional service and serving up the perfect coffee Franks just keeps on giving.
