During sessions, you’ll do 45 seconds of intense training followed by 15 seconds of rest, over and over and over as you make your way around a circuit of workout stations. It’s brutal but it’s one of the fastest growing training methods in Australia, so maybe it’s worth a try.

This 24-hour gym is on the smaller side but well-appointed with a good weights area, cardio machines and crucial resistance equipment. They don’t offer classes, so if you need a timetable to keep you on track, this might not be the gym for you. We love the vibe of this place – it’s clean, friendly and upbeat!

CrossFitters believe that routine is the enemy and evolution is the key to effective exercise. During each session, you’ll do a circuit of moves set by the trainers – it’s intense and fast-paced but fairly short.
