Amy is a communications graduate, almond-croissant enthusiast and yoga (obsessed) teacher at Awakened Yoga. When she isn’t working or yoga-ing she can found grabbing coffee at Mary Street, researching her next travel destination, taking photos of her food or curled up on the couch with a good book. Her perfect weekend would involve equal parts; adventure, brunch, wine and yoga.
